TKH Construction Solutions is a structural contracting company that focuses on all aspects of the construction industry, mainly concentrating on structural construction projects such as Basement Underpinning, ICF Foundation Builds, Basement Walk-out’s, Home Additions and Foundation Build/Repair. Our objective is to provide the construction industry with sustainable, quality, detailed work with maximum satisfaction for our clients. We have full comprehensive Structural Liability Insurance and offer 25yrs Warranty on all our structural projects.
TKH Construction Solutions intends to work within the Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) construction sector. We will find solutions for residential and commercial clients on both large and medium size projects. The crew of TKH Construction Solutions is fully licensed and has over 25 years of experience working within the construction industry, with 15 years specializing in underpinning projects. We have a wealth of knowledge working on construction projects which also includes project management. We covered all aspects of project management including planning, execution, procurement, quality management and risk assessment.

Travaugn is a very skilled construction professional that will focus on every aspect and detail of your project. He is motivation by the love for his job and the pleasure he feels when he enhances the lives of people through his work and the spaces he creates for their enjoyment. Travaugn has been in the construction industry for over 25+ years and is very knowledgeable and skilled in almost every aspect of the industry, however, his specialty is underpinning. Travaugn has completed over 100+ underpinning projects to date, on-time and on-budget.
Travaugn is our Chief Operations Officer that oversees every project. He works with the foreman on every site, to make sure that the high-quality standards and safety measures that are set as part of our company’s policy, are followed. He is very good at his job. He will be there at the start of your project to ensure that our plan for your project will get off to a perfect start. He will be there periodically throughout the life cycle of your project to ensure that the plan is being followed and to troubleshoot where necessary. He will be there to do the final inspection of your project with you, to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
