Kerann Hutchinson

P.GEO, PMP, PRESIDENT

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and 10 years of experience in the mining industry, Kerann is a results-driven and visionary leader serving as the President of TKH Construction, a project management firm specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction. Known for strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to leadership, Kerann has successfully overseen the delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar projects across a wide range of sectors. He has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Laurentian University and an Associate degree in Project Management from Sheridan College.

Shetima Tekune

PMP, VICE PRESIDENT

At TKH Construction, Shetima is known for strategic planning and his continuous improvement leadership style. He is passionate about building lasting client relationships, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth throughout the company. Shetima hold multiple degrees in Geology, Business management and Economics. He has an expansive background in project management, working on numerous projects throughout Ontario

James Nopper

P.GEO, PMP, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

James holds Bachelor of Geology from Laurentian University and has been involved in numerous ICI construction projects as a Project Manager. James is known for his hands-on leadership style and fosters a strong culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability. With over 20 years of progressive leadership in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction sector, James serves as the Director of Operation of TKH Construction, a firm recognized for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. A results-driven executive, He brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in project delivery, operational management, and business development.
